Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! We are committed to providing you with high quality goods and provide warranty services for most of our products. Please read the warranty policy below to learn how to obtain warranty services and related terms.

  1. Warranty coverage

We provide a 1 year warranty for the goods we sell, which takes effect from the date you receive the goods. The warranty only applies to quality problems caused by defects in materials or workmanship. The specific warranty terms are as follows:

· The goods fail, are damaged or do not perform as expected under normal use.

· Repair or replacement service within the warranty scope.

  1. Not Covered Under Warranty
  • Issues not related to quality
  • Damage to the product due to improper use, negligent maintenance, unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Damage to the product during transportation due to improper packaging or other non-quality reasons.
  • Natural wear and tear of the product, such as scratches, fading, etc.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Abnormal operation, accidental damage or human failure.
  • Any damage or failure outside the warranty period.
  1. Warranty process
  • Contact Customer Service: Please provide your order number, problem description and relevant photos through our contact center.
  • Confirm the problem: Our team will evaluate your problem and confirm whether it is covered by warranty.
  • Submit the product: If your product is eligible for warranty, we will provide a return address. Please return the product as instructed and we will repair or replace it for  you.
  • Processing and feedback: Once we receive the returned product and confirm the problem, we will repair or replace it accordingly. After processing, we will send you  the product and package tracking number.
  1. Precautions
  • Please keep your purchase receipt (such as order number, invoice, etc.) in a safe place to apply for warranty.
  • Warranty service is limited to products within the purchase date. Products beyond the warranty period will not be eligible for warranty service.
  • If you need to return or exchange the product, please ensure that the product is intact when returned and follow the relevant return procedures.
  1. Not Liable for
  • Loss of data incurred from use of FIDECO products
  • Personal items incorrectly shipped to FIDECO warehouse during returns
  • Packages lost during return shipping
