     2. Return Process:
  • (1) Please contact us through our website customer service center and provide your order number and reason for return to obtain a return address or prepaid return label (if applicable).
  • (2) Package the product properly to minimize potential damage during shipping, and send us tracking information via email after the package is shipped.
  • (3) Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days after the FIDEO warehouse staff receives the returned merchandise.
