I'm happy with my purchase!

It does exactly what I needed it to do. I've used it on HDD,SSD, and M.2 drives. It's fast.It allows me to easily partition drives, or move around files/data without having to open up and partially tear down my PC to get to the drives. Has a nice dock and even a cooling fan that I like. Great value for the money.

Works Great and MultiFunctional

I needed a tool to help move my old disk info to a new NVME M.2. This did the trick. Some things that were nice to haves. The ability to use it for other drives and not just M.2. I can also use it with USB A and USB C. The cooling is nice as so many of these drives have heat as an issue. Overall, I have been very happy with it so far.

Easy set up, the fan is especially nice if your HD is doing work. Right now I only have a SATA drive docked for some disk cleanup. Eventually it will be an M.2 NAS off my router. Fast.

It Works Fine For Only One Drive At A Time Not Two

I have had pretty good luck with FIDECO products in the past so i thought this docking station would be good so i ordered it.Well it takes a 2.5 ssd ,3.5 Hdd and a M2 ssd and it seems to read them just fine but there is one problem that i didn't realize is it can't read both drives at the same time so basically it's a one drive docking station with a loud 80mm fan. i kept trying to get them both to work and at first i thought that the M2 ssd slot was messed up because the 2.5 ssd was reading fine so after messing with it for about half hour i decided to get on Amazon and see what the deal is why i can't get both drives to be recognized.I finally scrolled down the page for this FIDECO docking station and i find this, (Warm Note: Any 2 hard drives cannot be used simultaneously) So thats what i was looking for but not what i wanted to see. If i would have known this I wouldn't have ordered it because i have never seen one work this way.Now i like the idea of the 80mm fan because i had one real simuliar to this but it quit working and i think the reason it did is because it got to hot. This fan works just fine but be ready for some noise i finally shut it off because i have a stand i made that has two 120mm fans for underneath two docking stations.Overall i'm not to impressed with this docking station if your fine with having to change your drives everytime you want to use one then thats your choice, myself i think all just put my M2 NVME ssd in it and thats how it will be a single M2 ssd docking station end of story. It's usally not like me to complain about products i review but this docking staion just didn't meet the expectations I was hoping for but it is partly my fault for not reading everything before hand. Hope maybe this might help some some of you .Thanks For Reading

Larger than you think.

This unit performs very well. Transfer speeds are typical for these types of devices. I was surprised when I opened the box and saw how large it was. That is my fault. If I had looked at the photos a bit more carefully I would have noticed how large the docking station was. Even though it is rather physically large, it is quite light. Even though it is light, it is very sturdy. It comes with a physical, on-off switch, a separate power supply ( a bit of a rarity, most of these types of equipment are USB powered ). I actually like a separate power supply because with a separate supply there is less fluctuation of voltage in the data stream, especially if you are using a physical hard drive. Good product, recommended.
